Description Agencourt AMPure is a magnetic bead-based PCR purification system that requires no sample transfer, centrifugation or filtration steps. It efficiently purifies small and large PCR extension products in 96- or 384-well microplates. Agencourt AMPure can easily be performed in either a manual or automated format.
