Description Activated affinity media for spontaneous ligand immobilization can be coupled with a ligand such as an antibody, enzyme, antigen, or receptor to create an affinity matrix of choice. Affi-Gel 10 and Affi-Gel 15 supports couple ligands via primary amines. Affi-Gel 10 gel couples neutral or basic proteins with pI from 6.5 to 11; Affi-Gel 15 gel couples acidic proteins with pI less than 6.5. This Affi-Gel 10 to 15 combination includes 2 x 25 ml Affi-Gel 10 gels and 2 x 25 ml Affi-Gel 15 gels.
