Description The standard of the Axima range, the AXIMA-CFR provides a combination of high mass accuracy, resolution, sensitivity and mass range, and offers excellent versatility with both linear and reflectron time-of-flight analysis. The unique patented curved field reflectron enables the generation of seamless PSD, providing efficient and economical peptide fragmentation data for protein identification. Data can be acquired just as easily for large peptides (up to 3500 Da) as for small ones. Powerful LAUNCHPAD software features many unique functions for proteomics and enables access to protein databases for sequence searching without the need for de novo sequencing or creation of sequence tags.
