APAgene provides hassle-free, ready-to use components, at an extraordinarily competitive price. All necessary ingredients are provided in each kit. The BAC End Amplification kit can be used for insert-end amplification of large clones such as P1, YAC and BAC, and localized sub-cloning of large clones such as P1, YAC and BAC. Enzyme mix is not included.
