Products0.5-10 Kb RNA Ladder from Invitrogen
Company Invitrogen
Item 0.5-10 Kb RNA Ladder
Price
Description 0.5-10 Kb RNA Ladder is suitable for sizing single-stranded RNA ranging from 0.5 kb to 10 kb in glyoxal or formaldehyde agarose gels. The ladder consists of nine bands in even increments (0.5 1 1.5 2 3 4 6 8 and 10 kb) to simplify size estimation. The 1.5 kb band is more intense than the other bands allowing easy orientation and identification of RNA bands on the gel. All RNA molecules in the ladder are polyA-tailed (40 nt) for convenient use as control templates for cDNA synthesis.

0.5-10 Kb RNA RNA Ladder is supplied at 1 g/l in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.2) 2mM EDTA. Store at -20C.
