Sandia work launched on space shuttle shows live cells influence growth of nanostructures

lead researcher, current graduate students Carlee Ashley and Eric Carnes and undergraduate Deanna Lopez have made significant recent contributions. Others contributing are Jeb Flemming, Darren Dunphy, Seema Singh, Zhu Chen, Nanguo Liu, Hongyou Fan, Gabriel Lopez, Susan Brozik, and Margaret Werner-Washburn. Flemming, Dunphy, Fan, and Brozik are Sandians; Liu is from Los Alamos National Laboratory; other participants are from UNM.
