delSECUR CORPORATION Announces Appointment of the Company's President & CEO

S. BURLINGTON, Vt., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- delSECUR Corporation (PINK SHEETS: DLSC) announces the appointment of Randall McCormick as President & CEO.

Mr. McCormick replaces outgoing President Mr. Berge Heede who resigned for personal reasons on June 8th. Mr. Heede states that he is "resigning for personal reasons and to allow Mr. McCormick to take the leading role in the re-organization of the company." Mr. McCormick, the current Treasurer, will maintain that responsibility as well.

In addition Mr. Heede, Esq. has accepted the position of "house counsel".

Mr. Heede said "Mr. McCormick with over 30 years experience in the financial marketplace and his direct involvement with delSECUR Corporation over the last several years makes him an excellent candidate to take the company to the next level."
