Date:2/3/2010

Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. All forward-looking statements rely on assumptions and are subject to various risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from expectations. In particular, the Secretaria de Gobernacion/Registro Nacional de Poblacion (Mexican Ministry of Internal Affairs/National Citizen Registry), as a government agency, has the right to terminate the agreement before the end of its term, and the contract is also subject to the availability of appropriated funds. Accordingly, the contract value cited in this release is not guaranteed. Additional discussion of factors that could affect Unisys future results is contained in periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
