Sandata Announces Case Study with Quality Care Services, Inc.
Date:10/15/2014

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., Oct. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sandata Technologies, LLC, an industry leader in technology solutions for home and community-based care, today announced it released a case study outlining the benefits of implementing Sandata's Santrax® Electronic Visit Verification™ Solution (EVV™)  for Quality Care Services, Inc.  Quality Care Services is a home health company founded in 1996 and has five locations in Texas.

The study details the challenges facing Quality Care Services and how EVV has helped them meet those challenges.  Quality Care Services faced growing pressure to increase operational efficiency and boost productivity while reducing operating costs.  Prior to implementing EVV, Quality Care Services was manually collecting, reviewing and processing 1,000 timesheets per month.  Through a complete set of visit verification technologies, Santrax® EVV allowed caregivers to electronically enter arrival and departure times, location of service delivery and tasks performed at the point of care, thereby eliminating paper timesheets.  After implementing EVV, Quality Care Services was able to reduce the cost of processing payroll by 65%.

This case study is an excellent example of how leveraging technology enables home health agencies to realize greater operational efficiency through process automation.
