Royal Biologics Launches Maxx-Cell, the World's Most Advanced Bone Marrow Aspiration Device
Date:12/13/2018

Royal Biologics, an ortho-biologics company who specializes in the research and advancement of regenerative cellular therapy, has announced the launch of Maxx-Cell, the world's most advanced bone marrow aspiration device.

Maxx™-Cell offers a new technique to a gold standard approach of aspirating a patients autologous bone marrow cells. Maxx™-Cell however does not require centrifugation to deliver a final end product. The Maxx™-Cell system maximizes stem and progenitor cell yields by giving the surgeon the ability to efficiently harvest bone marrow from multiple levels within the medullary space, while restricting dilution of peripheral blood. As a result Maxx-Cell delivers the highest, most pure enriched form of bone marrow aspirate without the need for centrifugation.

“We are excited to release Maxx™-Cell into the marketplace and bring a new ability to harvest the bodies mesenchymal and progenitor cells," says Salvatore Leo, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Biologics. “Autologous cellular based therapy gives the surgeon a quick and effective way to enhance fusions and provide alternatives to surgery for soft tissue related injuries. We also believe that in a cost conscience industry we can provide the most live viable cellular product, point of care for a fraction of the cost of other premium live cellular-based products."

With Maxx™-Cell clinicians can reduce the cost of utilizing high-priced biologics while delivering better regenerative solutions as compared to other industry options. Maxx-Cell can be used in a wide array of clinical settings including both in-patient and outpatient procedures.

Royal Biologics has released a new video presentation on their company website to show users an enhanced look at obtaining viable bone marrow cells with this new technology.

“Our new Maxx™-Cell Video is very compelling and features the technique that drives the technology. We encourage users to watch to learn how effective the device can be for various applications in orthopedics," says Leo.
