Retail Development Firm GPK Acquisitions LLC to Use SiteSeer Professional
Date:11/9/2019

SiteSeer Technologies, creator of SiteSeer Professional retail site selection software, is pleased to welcome GPK Acquisitions as a new client and user of SiteSeer. The boutique real estate developer of single and multi-tenant buildings on sites ranging from ½ to six acres across the U.S. will use SiteSeer to supplement its own analysis of markets.

Geoffrey Kerth, manager of GPK Acquisitions, says that his firm sought a tool that would augment its own expertise. “We looked for a software that would show us what is missing in a market and allow us to compare sites to those in other areas of the country so we could determine what retailers and other types of businesses we should recruit for different developments,” says Kerth. “SiteSeer had many features we liked, but we especially appreciated that we could look at sites all across the country. Once we identify a trade area that makes sense, we use SiteSeer to see who is not in that market and confirm whether our decision process is sound or not.”

Established in 2018, GPK Acquisitions solves its owner and operator clients’ complex development issues. The GPK team has a collective 60+ years of development, leasing and tenant representation experience and has developed and leased more than 7 million square feet of retail, multi-use, and residential properties in over 30 states.

Lance Blick, director of client services at SiteSeer Technologies, says that SiteSeer helps developers like GPK Acquisitions gain an advantage over their competitors. “SiteSeer gives developers better information to guide their decision making in figuring out what retailers and other tenants would be ideal for sites,” he says. “We’re excited that GPK Acquisitions has selected our tool to make their development projects more successful.”
