The 9,196 +/- SF foot fully furnished Laterra Spa has 10 private treatment rooms; steam rooms; beauty salon; six-station meditation room; men's and women's changing areas; hydro tub; kitchenette and business offices. Outside are a hot tub and three cabanas above a Koi pond. Use of an onsite pool may be negotiated.  A fully-equipped 2,240 +/- SF fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment; men's and women's changing areas; and reception studio.

A major selling point not in the auction package is the Laterra Resort itself:  a condominium hotel property offering beautifully appointed, fully furnished accommodations with stunning vistas.

According to Dietrich, 10 condominium hotel units -- one- to three-bedrooms with kitchens and dining areas -- may be purchased for use by Spa clientele. Each has great in-room amenities such as washer/dryer, wireless Internet and more.
