Oil Refineries Announces Delay to Annual & Special General Meeting

HAIFA, Israel, April 27, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oil Refineries Ltd. (TASE: ORL.TA) (hereinafter "the Company," "ORL"), Israel's largest oil refiner, announced yesterday that it has delayed its Annual & Special General Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 26, 2010 to Monday, May 10, 2010, 11:00 AM, Israel time. The agenda for the meeting remains the same.
