Novetta Solutions Acquires International Biometric Group, LLC

WASHINGTON, Sept. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Novetta Solutions, LLC (Novetta), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, today announced the acquisition of International Biometric Group, LLC (IBG). Novetta provides advanced, mission critical technology solutions to customers within the National Security community and other organizations working with massive quantities of data. Novetta was established in March 2012 through the merger of White Oak Technologies, Inc. and FGM, Inc. In August, Novetta announced the addition of White Cliffs Consulting (WCC) to the company.

IBG is recognized as the preeminent leader in providing identity intelligence services and solutions to both government and commercial clients. The company's reputation has been forged over a 15-year period successfully providing leading-edge identity solutions and services to key national security operations.
