IgeaCare Solutions Inc. Emerges Under New Leadership and Funding

TORONTO, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- IgeaCare Solutions Inc. is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of the healthcare communications company previously operating as IgeaCare Systems Inc. The newly formed IgeaCare Solutions will now move forward under new leadership and funding.

IgeaCare Solutions Inc. has appointed Mr. Michael Rochon to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Under his direction, the new company will focus on providing a superior servicing and support model; fast and accurate delivery times; and stringent internal processes and quality control. IgeaCare Solutions Inc. will continue to build on existing relationships with key partners and suppliers while developing new relationships and opportunities.

Focus will also be placed on developing innovative expanded product and solution offerings. The much anticipated igeacom II, set for release in 2010, will be the next exciting addition to the IgeaCare portfolio of products.
