IdentiSys brings Qmatic Q-Guide Queuing Systems to the North American market

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- IdentiSys Inc., North America's largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, and access control security systems, today announced an expanded partnership with Qmatic – the world's leader in Customer and Patient Experience Management systems. IdentiSys will bring Q-Guide, the entry level queuing system from Qmatic to the marketplace and will be the only North American wholesale distributor of this product.  Q-Guide has been available in other areas of the world, but has never been available in North America.

Qmatic offers solutions that help organizations optimize their customer experience, from pre-arrival to post service. The customer's entire visit is monitored and statistical information is captured at each point of contact. Customer satisfaction and staff efficiency increase with the reduction in actual and perceived waiting times, and access to critical analysis and reporting tools help management to improve operations and better supervise daily activities.
