IdentiSys brings Qmatic Q-Guide Queuing Systems to the North American market

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Nov. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- IdentiSys Inc., North America's largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response, and access control security systems, today announced an expanded partnership with Qmatic – the world's leader in Customer and Patient Experience Management systems. IdentiSys will bring Q-Guide, the entry level queuing system from Qmatic to the marketplace and will be the only North American wholesale distributor of this product.  Q-Guide has been available in other areas of the world, but has never been available in North America.

Qmatic offers solutions that help organizations optimize their customer experience, from pre-arrival to post service. The customer's entire visit is monitored and statistical information is captured at each point of contact. Customer satisfaction and staff efficiency increase with the reduction in actual and perceived waiting times, and access to critical analysis and reporting tools help management to improve operations and better supervise daily activities.

"Since Q-Guide has never been available in North America and there was not a wholesale distributor, we realized that IdentiSys and Qmatic could expand the partnership.  We are pleased to become the first and only wholesale distributor in North America of Qmatic's Q-Guide products," said Mike Shields, CEO of IdentiSys Inc. "We are always looking for new opportunities, new products and new value-added services to offer our customers. North American end-user customers and resellers who are looking for a quick and easy entry-level queuing solution with sophisticated features now have readily available options."

"Qmatic Q-Guide is an excellent addition for IdentiSys and the perfect extension of the products we currently offer," said Deb Ferril, president of IdentiSys Inc. "With the introduction of this product line in North America, we can provide resellers and end-user customers with easy to use, easy to set-up queuing products. These introductory queuing systems are beneficial across all markets especially: retail, healthcare, government, colleges and universities, gaming, and more."

"We are thrilled to have IdentiSys as our only North American wholesale distributor of Qmatic Q-Guide," said Thomas Sareyko, CEO of Q-Matic Corporation. "As a dealer, IdenitSys has been an excellent trusted partner and we feel confident that they are the perfect distributor to bring our Q-Guide line to North America."
