nerating a unique biometric template that is matched against pre-registered users' palm vein patterns. With PalmSecure LOGONDIRECTOR, users are no longer required to remember passwords, eliminating the threats posed by misplaced passwords, as well as the considerable cost of creating and re-assigning new log-in credentials. PalmSecure LOGONDIRECTOR is also equipped with Session Manager functionality, ideal for healthcare and other IT environments in which multiple users need to access a single computer by requiring users to authenticate themselves separately. Individual activity is tracked, promoting security and compliance best practices by limiting users' access to only those applications and files for which they are pre-approved. "Our v-GO product portfolio continues to help meet customers' critical security, compliance and administrative needs, and we are always looking to enhance our offerings by partnering with other industry-leading technology providers," said Stephane Fymat, vice president of strategy and product management, Passlogix, Inc. "Integrating the Fujitsu PalmSecure LOGONDIRECTOR strengthens our support for two-factor authentication as part of our password management capabilities and enhances our ability to address the numerous security issues associated with lost, stolen or forgotten passwords."

The v-GO Access Accelerator Suite is an integrated set of software solutions that eliminate everyday challenges in sign-on, authentication and provisioning that decrease business productivity. The v-GO Single Sign-On, cornerstone of the suite, provides fast and secure access to enterprise applications without requiring users to remember and manage multiple IDs and passwords.
