Seamless Integration of Palm Vein Authentication Technology with Single-Sign On Solutions Cost-Effectively Bolsters Security and Compliance

Efforts by Eliminating Passwords

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a leading supplier of innovative computer products including hard disk drives, peripherals and biometric security solutions, today announced the availability of the PalmSecure LOGONDIRECTOR, a new addition to identity management solutions that combines Fujitsu's PalmSecure biometric authentication technology embedded into a PC mouse, and software that seamlessly integrates with any vendor's single sign-on (SSO) solution. By combining highly accurate, non-intrusive identification technology with SSO connectivity, the LOGONDIRECTOR eliminates the need to remember passwords, providing both the SMB and enterprise market with a stronger user authentication solution to bolster security and facilitate compliance with HIPAA, SOX and other industry regulations.
