Frost & Sullivan Recognizes Cardiocom as a Technology Enabler for Superior Cost-Effective Remote Chronic Care Management

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Jan. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on its recent analysis of the remote patient monitoring market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Cardiocom with the 2011 North American Frost & Sullivan Award for Enabling Technology. Cardiocom provides integrated clinical telehealth services that offer significant cost savings to the healthcare community.

The TELESCALE telemonitoring device is programmed to provide instant feedback to users based on the variance in daily patient weight. It includes an integrated messaging and weighing system along with waist-height patient interface that can weigh patients up to 500 lbs. with accuracy and consistency of +/-0.1 lb.
