Ennova Direct Announces the Sale of its Consumer Electronics/Computer Peripheral Patent Portfolio

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif., April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ennova Direct, Inc. (DBA ION Technologies) announced today that they're offering a patent portfolio for sale that is focused on Retractable USB Flash Drive Devices, Retractable Biometric USB Flash Drive Devices, MP3 Players (wired and Wireless Bluetooth™) and Wireless Bluetooth Earbud Headsets. In total the intellectual property includes 6 issued US patents (US 6,979,210, US 7,040,425, US 7,090,515, US 7,462,044, US 7,566,231 and US 7,747,003 plus two published applications (US 2006/240,692 & US 2008/050,952).

"Our revised business model is devoted to inventing and patenting new technology which we sell to Operating Companies looking for new technology to build to or to Non Practicing Entities (NPE) looking for valuable intellectual property to add to their portfolios. There are patents within this portfolio that have been heavily adopted across multiple industries and the buyer of the portfolio will be able to protect and enforce in multiple areas.
