He received a B.S. degree from Kansas State University, M.S. from University of Maryland, and Ph.D. from Colorado State University.

Kimberly Garland-Campbell, USDA-ARS, Pullman, WA - CSSA Fellow: Kimberly Garland-Campbell is a wheat geneticist and breeder at USDA-ARS at Pullman, WA and an adjunct faculty member at Washington State University. She received a Ph.D. in Crop Science from North Carolina State University in 1992 and was a winter wheat breeder (1992-1999) at Ohio State University.

Carl A. Griffey, Virginia Tech - CSSA Fellow: Carl Griffey is the W.G. Wysor Professor in Crop & Soil Environmental Sciences at Virginia Tech. He received a B.S. from University of Tennessee, M.S. from Washington State University, and Ph.D. from University of Nebraska.

Bao-Luo Ma, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada - CSSA Fellow: Dr. Bao-Luo Ma is a Research Scientist of crop physiology and nutrient management at the Eastern Cereal and Oilseed Research Centre of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He received a B.Sc. degree from Henan Agricultural University and Ph.D. from McGill University.

David C. Nielsen, USDA-ARS - CSSA Fellow: David C. Nielsen is a Research Agronomist with the USDA-ARS Central Great Plains Research Station in Akron, CO. Dr. Nielsen received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Iowa State University, and Ph.D. from University of Nebraska.

William T. Schapaugh, Jr., Kansas State University - CSSA Fellow: William T. Schapaugh, Jr. is a professor and soybean breeder in the Kansas State University Department of Agronomy. He received a B.S. from Iowa State University and M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University.
