Box, ComplianceQuest and USDM Life Sciences Partner to Launch Unify Compliance Cloud
Date:4/22/2020

USDM Life Sciences, a premier consulting firm driving digital transformation and innovation in technology and compliance, announces a new managed service to improve quality management for regulated companies, Unify Compliance Cloud. Powered by a best-in-class trio of alliances – Box, ComplianceQuest, and USDM Life Sciences (USDM) – Unify Compliance Cloud is a suite of applications for content and document management, change management, and training, all maintained in a continuous state of compliance.

Life science companies have historically lagged in adopting cloud technologies due to concerns of data security and a perceived increase in compliance burdens. Unify Compliance Cloud delivers enterprise-grade security with a continuous, agile approach to maintaining a compliant-state.

"We live in a new norm where employees and partners need to be able to work from home and on-the-go, and companies can't afford to have their operations halted," said Kevin Brown, CEO of USDM Life Sciences. "The time is now for regulated companies to embrace and prioritize their digital transformation and move to the cloud."

USDM specializes in helping pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies fast-track their implementation, validation, and cultural adoption of modern cloud technologies to increase productivity, optimize their technology and IT resources, and achieve better business outcomes.

"Box provides a secure and compliant platform for our customers to collaborate with their external partners from anywhere and manage content from any device," said Manu Vohra, Managing Director of Life Sciences at Box. "Box's content management platform, together with USDM and ComplianceQuest's specialized services and product capabilities, respectively, are removing friction around quality management and training to accelerate business processes for hundreds of life sciences customers."

ComplianceQuest is a native force.com application suite, built and run on the Salesforce platform, delivering award-winning, globally trusted cloud functionality. Its Document Management, Change Management, and Training functionality deliver streamlined quality and compliance using the world's most proven enterprise cloud platform.

"We are excited to partner with Box in bringing a world-class cloud system to manage quality and regulatory documentation, related learning management, and change management processes to highly regulated customers," said Prashanth Rajendran, CEO of ComplianceQuest. "Life sciences companies are going through a significant digital transformation, and this new combined solution from Box and ComplianceQuest coupled with the expertise of USDM to deliver turnkey, compliant solutions will be a game-changer."

Unify Compliance Cloud provides one seamless, user-friendly experience to combat content fragmentation, amplify collaboration and consistency, and provide security, transparency, and compliance to regulated processes.
