Inc. announced today that the Company will provide child safety precautions
at the upcoming New Jersey State Fair, to be held at the Meadowlands Sport
Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The State Fair is an 18-day event
for the entire family featuring rides, free entertainment, games, exhibits,
shopping and special promotional nights.

WHAT: AMBER Alert Safety Centers will be offering an innovative safety
solution to parents with children attending the State Fair called
the "Fair Safety Program." Specifically, a Company representative
on-site will capture each child's picture and identification
information on a special Safety Disk (on CD), that corresponds
with a special identification card to be given to the parent
containing the child's ID number. The Safety Disk will be stored
at the fair entrance in the AMBER Alert Safety Center tent next to
Fair Security. In the event a child goes missing at the Fair,
parents need only contact security personnel located at one of
several security kiosks throughout the fairgrounds, who will then
be able to have the AMBER Alert Safety Center access the child's
name, photograph and other pertinent information by matching the
parent's bracelet to the Safety Profile stored on file.
