“Medical Mastermind Workshop”: A One-of-a-Kind, Hands-On PRP and Shockwave Therapy Training Opportunity
Date:8/9/2018

Specialty Med Training, one of the nation’s largest training, research and marketing companies, who helps physicians bring the latest regenerative therapies and treatment options to their patients, is hosting a one-of-a-kind, 2-day hands-on training on Friday and Saturday, October 5-6, 2018 in White Plains, NY.

The 2-day clinical collaboration will teach physicians about the effectiveness, utility and profitability of using biologics, including Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), shockwave therapy and doppler imaging as advanced treatment options for treating patients with erectile dysfunction (ED), female sexual dysfunction, aesthetic concerns, hair loss, and musculoskeletal conditions.

In addition to understanding how to prep patients, process biologics and apply these therapies on actual patients, attendees will also learn critical business steps to successfully implement regenerative procedures into their clinical practice.

The training is intended for all practitioners; those with no experience using regenerative therapies to those with significant experience.

“I am exceptionally proud to offer practitioners this unique opportunity to learn from an entire group of expert physicians during one training event,” said Joseph Banno, MD, board certified urologist and clinical education director for Specialty MED Training. Each one of these educators are recognized as “thought leaders” and bring years of experience and individual clinical knowledge from their respective board specialties.

The physician educators include:

  • Joseph Banno, MD, board certified urologist treating sexual dysfunction in men and women for over 30+ years. Dr. Banno developed a combined treatment protocol utilizing PRP, shockwave and hormone therapy that has had overwhelming success as a surgical alternative.
  • George Shapiro, MD, president of Cenegenics NYC and owner of Precision Medical, Dr. Shapiro specializes in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and age management medicine.
  • Lisa Vuich, MD, anti-aging regenerative expert and founder of Renew MediSpa in Windham, NH. Dr. Vuich is working on developing a trademarked protocol designed to deliver proven therapeutic concentrations of platelets with customized dosing of individual PRP therapy.
  • Marissa Magsino, MD, preventive and functional medicine expert with a special focus on sexual wellness, BHRT and medicinal cannabis in her Orlando, Florida-based practice.
