DUODENAL ULCER - A nonmalignant
ulcer that develops in the portion of the
gastrointestinal tract that is exposed to
gastric secretions.
Peptic ulcers occur in the
stomach or
duodenum. Common symptoms include epi
gastric abdominal pain and
anorexia.
